This is the sixth proposal submitted by the Staker Operations team (Ops) based on STKR token
holder feedback. The primary purpose of this proposal is to formalize StakerDAO’s commitment
to build on the Algorand network, initially through the creation of BLND on Algorand. StakerDAO
will also add Blockdaemon as a validator for BLND’s underlying assets.

StakerDAO has engaged in conversations with the Algorand team and key ecosystem
participants, which has led StakerDAO to feel confident about building on the Algorand network.
StakerDAO believes this will create a long-term partnership and it will receive support in its
efforts on an ongoing basis. StakerDAO will begin by making BLND available on Algorand. This
ability will be available to registered holders who participated in the BLND offering on CoinList.
StakerDAO will then continue to explore other ideas in the ecosystem with relevant partners and
may push forward other proposals as early as the tail end of this year.
